Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers and address their inquiries and concerns promptly. Proactively
pricing, changes in service, discontinuance, shipping, etc.
- Collaborate with colleagues and internal groups (operations, logistics, product development, marketing) as
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipelines
- Utilize the various systems and processes such as the order process, Salesforce/Power BI, inventory
- Analyze customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Present and promote products or services to existing customers effectively
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals on existing and
- Initiate and close sales calls with customers under sales management or senior team member guidance
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and account status. Interpret sales reports to leverage DFA’s
- Participate in meetings with the sales team, marketing, and product/service development teams to align
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and customer needs
- May be accountable for the delivery of assigned volume, profit, and administrative targets for the assigned

Education And Experience
- Undergraduate degree in business, sales, marketing, or related curriculum (or equivalent combination of
- 0 to 2 years of experience dealing directly with customers, working in a sales support role, or related
- Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems
- Able to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Able to organize time, energy, and resources effectively to achieve goals (i.e., organizational skills)
- Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing organizational and operational needs
- Able to resolve problems
- Able to deliver on commitments and deadlines
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
