Shift Pattern Friday - Sunday, 1800 - 0630
Pay range €16.05 per hour
Breaks 1 x 30 minutes paid, 1 x 30 minutes unpaid
Closing date Friday 22nd May 2026
- Lead and develop production teams of 14, ensuring all operators are trained and competent
- Deliver daily and weekly production plans, optimising line performance, yields and changeovers
- Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, Quality, Hygiene, Health & Safety and audit standards
- Act as the Line Quality Lead, keeping the area audit‑ready at all times
- Run line start‑ups and changeovers in line with SOPs and agreed procedures
- Monitor product quality, target weights, temper index checks and right‑first‑time standards
- Ensure accurate completion of all production, quality, labour and stock documentation
- Control stock movements between areas and verify production and system accuracy
- Identify and address non‑conformances, escalating issues where appropriate
- Coordinate labour and communicate clear expectations for each shift
- Raise and document engineering or data issues and support continuous improvement projects
- Experience working in an FMCG environment, ideally within food manufacturing
- Experience working with Critical Control Points (CCPs) and completing quality paperwork in a food manufacturing environment
- Comfortable using production systems, computers and standard factory software
- Good people skills and able to work effectively with others on the shop floor
- Numerate, with the ability to work accurately with figures and production data
- Able to communicate clearly with team members, supervisors and support functions
