Your New Role

As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance of a major retail asset, including:

• Leading day-to-day property operations and on-site teams
• Owning safety, maintenance, vendor performance, and service standards
• Managing budgets, forecasting, reporting, and NOI performance
• Overseeing capital projects and tenant construction activity
• Partnering with leasing to deliver renewals, new deals, and short-term income
• Building strong relationships with tenants, ownership, and community stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with leases, regulations, and risk management standards

What You Need to Succeed

• Degree in a related field or significant retail property management experience
• 5–10+ years managing complex commercial or shopping center assets
• Strong financial, operational, and leadership capability
• Confidence working with tenants, vendors, and ownership groups
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to adopt new systems
