For our Global Service Organization, we are looking for a qualified candidate to join us as

Director, Service Product Management & Strategy (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Define and execute global service strategy to drive growth and profitability
• Own and develop the global service portfolio (contracts, spare parts, repairs, services)
• Lead pricing strategy and service business model development
• Drive service contract revenue, penetration, and renewal performance
• Ensure scalable processes and operational excellence across regions
• Develop service go-to-market strategies and support global sales enablement
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment in a global matrix organization
• Leverage data, market insights, and customer feedback to drive innovation and portfolio decisions

Your profile:

• 10+ years in service product management, service strategy, or commercial roles
• Strong experience with global service portfolios and pricing strategies
• Proven ability to drive growth, profitability, and business transformation
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems in service environments
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience driving results within a global matrix organization
