Multi-Destination Operations Manager – LATAM & Caribbean

We are currently looking for a strategic and business-oriented professional to oversee operational and commercial performance across multiple destinations in LATAM & Caribbean through external operating partners.

This role will be responsible for ensuring operational consistency, financial follow-up, partner performance and relationship management across assigned markets. The position combines operational supervision, stakeholder management and business performance analysis within a regional and multicultural environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise operational execution across multiple destinations managed by external partners.
• Monitor service quality, operational KPIs and customer experience performance.
• Manage strategic relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
• Follow up on revenue performance, forecast accuracy and budget compliance.
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate corrective action plans and escalation management processes.
• Participate in operational and commercial alignment meetings.
• Prepare regional reports and executive summaries for leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with internal regional teams across operations, finance and commercial areas.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in regional operations, DMC management or multi-destination environments.
• Experience managing external partners and regional stakeholders.
• Strong financial and analytical understanding including revenue, forecasting and budgeting.
• Advanced English is mandatory.
• Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple markets simultaneously.
• Availability for international travel.
