As An IT Manager, You Will
- Plan and implement the IT strategy and roadmap for the company
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of the IT staff
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of IT projects
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor and maintain the availability, reliability, security, and scalability of the IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues or incidents
- Provide technical guidance and support to other departments and stakeholders
- Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions that can improve the company's IT capabilities
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- A minimum of five years of experience in managing or leading an IT team or department
- A solid understanding of various IT disciplines such as network administration, software development, cloud computing, data analysis, cybersecurity, etc.
- A certification in one or more relevant areas such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CCNA, etc.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- A strong customer service orientation and a collaborative mindset
