Product Manager

This is a highly technical Product Management position, requiring a strong understanding of endpoint devices, hardware strategy, operating systems, and enterprise user needs. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, procurement, and vendor partners to drive hardware decisions, endpoint standards, and long-term device strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the endpoint hardware strategy across Windows and Mac environments
- Define hardware standards, specifications, and lifecycle management for enterprise devices
- Partner with engineering and development teams to understand hardware requirements for specialist user groups, including AI and high-performance computing use cases
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate device configurations based on business and technical needs (e.g. memory, processing power, performance requirements)
- Drive improvements in end-user experience across endpoint environments, particularly within Windows ecosystems
- Collaborate with vendors on hardware upgrades, new technologies, feature releases, and roadmap planning
- Ensure application compatibility and optimal performance across supported operating systems and devices
- Support rollout and adoption of new devices and endpoint technologies across the organisation
- Balance hands-on delivery with longer-term endpoint and workplace technology strategy
- Work closely with security and governance teams to ensure compliance with enterprise data and regulatory standards
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within endpoint, workplace technology, infrastructure, or hardware-focused environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows endpoint environments, with additional exposure to Mac environments beneficial
- Deep understanding of enterprise hardware, device management, and end-user computing
- Experience defining hardware specifications and supporting technical user groups such as developers or engineering teams
- Ability to operate comfortably in technically complex environments and engage credibly with engineering stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience working within large-scale, enterprise or highly regulated environments preferred
- Backgrounds from technology-led organisations are highly valued
- Hybrid working model: 3 days per week in office
- Competitive base salary circa $140,000-$165,000
