Overview

A key supporting role in helping deliver excellent service to Stellantis by coordinating tasks, contributing to projects, and maintaining positive working relationships. This position supports senior team members by assisting with the development and execution of multichannel marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tasks on time with a strong sense of ownership and pride in high quality‑quality outcomes.
• Add meaningful value to deliverables by collaborating closely and creatively with the Creative team.
• Maintain accuracy in financial process management, contributing to smooth and reliable project operations.
• Build positive, trust based‑based relationships with clients through attentive communication and dependable support
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and suppliers, fostering a productive and enjoyable working environment.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience of account management at creative agency
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks
• Native Japanese skill
• Business Level English strong preference
