German Account Development Executive - Krakow Poland

You’ll report directly to the Operations Sales Manager and play an important role in delivering a great customer experience while contributing to the team’s overall success.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Use your enthusiasm and product knowledge to negotiate effectively, overcome objections, and successfully close sales
- Recommend and present suitable products to customers, prepare quotes, and guide them through the purchasing process
- Identify and pursue all potential sales opportunities during customer interactions
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets
- Support a range of clients, including small and medium-sized businesses, advertising agencies, and senior decision-makers, with cloud-based solutions
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the technology sector
- Experience in prospecting, account development, negotiation, and closing deals
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior decision-makers to understand their needs
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies
- Strong communication skills in German (minimum B2+/C1) and English (minimum B2), both written and spoken
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues independently when possible
- Currently living in or willing to relocate to the Krakow area
- Relocation support package of 2000 PLN (net)
- Base Salary: 11000 PLN Gross
- Quarterly Performance Bonus: if reached 100% of their target or more, the bonus starts from 5,000 PLN gross and can increase depending on performance
