We’re hiring a Key account manager / Technical Recruiter to join LHi's Miami office, focused exclusively on the Data Center Developer market.

This is not a cold desk... you'll be mentored by arguably the no.1 Data Center Recruiter globally!

You’ll be joining a 20-person, high-performing start-up office in the heart of Brickell, working directly alongside Matt Thomas, LHi Group’s top global biller:

The desk operates exclusively on retained business, averaging 30% terms, partnering with senior to C-suite candidates across one of the fastest-growing infrastructure markets in the world.

You’ll be mentored directly, supported in transitioning markets if needed, and given the opportunity to inherit and grow strategic client accounts long term.
