Role Description

The Personal Lines Account Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Marriottsville, MD. In this role, you will manage personal insurance accounts, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service. Core responsibilities include assessing clients' insurance needs, recommending suitable coverage options, coordinating policy renewals, and handling day-to-day client inquiries. Collaboration with other team members to ensure the delivery of tailored insurance solutions is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient skills in Account Management and Personal Insurance
• Strong experience in Customer Service and handling client inquiries
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits solutions and related insurance offerings
• Understanding of general Insurance principles, policies, and products
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry is advantageous
• Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent (preferred or willingness to obtain)
