Roles and Responsibilities

Configuration & Implementation

• Configure SAP GTS modules including:
• Compliance Management (SPL Screening, Embargo, Export Control)
• Customs Management
• Preference Management
• Legal Control
• Integrate SAP GTS with SAP ECC / S/4HANA, TM, and third‑party systems
• Support master data setup (Business Partners, Product Classification, Legal Regulations)
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and interfaces

Testing, Deployment & Support

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities
• Assist with cutover planning and go‑live support
• Provide post‑go‑live support and incident resolution
• Handle change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvements
• Support internal and external audits related to trade compliance

Documentation & Stakeholder Management

• Create functional design documents, configuration documents, and SOPs
• Conduct end‑user training and knowledge transfer sessions
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and IT
• Coordinate with SAP technical teams and external vendors
