We are currently looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our team and lead the development of long-term strategic relationships within the mining and heavy construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients.
• Manage the commercial pipeline and identify business growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with product, logistics, marketing, and aftersales areas to deliver integrated solutions.
• Monitor account performance and enhance customer experience.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic account management or B2B sales in mining or heavy construction.
• Proven network within mining contractors or construction companies.
• Experience in commercial proposals, tenders, and client relationship management.
• Knowledge of aftermarket solutions is a plus.
• Advanced English level required.
