B2B Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator
Indexed description
Alongside corporate fulfillment, the role also supports broader wholesale and B2B operations. This position supports company goals of delivering precise corporate execution, maintaining financial integrity across channels, and building a fulfillment operation that scales without friction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own End-to-End Corporate Order Fulfillment. Manage every corporate order from PO receipt through delivery. This includes validating design, setting up the order in tracking portals, coordinating with production partners and decorators, approving proofs, allocating inventory, and releasing to the warehouse for dispatch. You are the single point of accountability for corporate order execution.
- Coordinate Production, Vendor, and Proofing Workflows. Work directly with decorators and clients to confirm artwork, approve pre-production samples, track production, and flag risks early. Maintain clear proofing records and sign-off trails for every branded corporate order.
- Manage Inventory Allocation and Logistics. Coordinate stock reservations across channels, monitor transit and customs, and ensure on-time delivery to corporate clients. Keep CIN7 and warehouse WMS systems aligned so inventory visibility remains accurate at every stage.
- Lead Client Status Communication and Internal Reporting. Keep the sales lead and client informed at each milestone, from confirmation to ship date to proof of delivery. Surface exceptions early, propose resolutions, and document outcomes so nothing is lost between handoffs.
- Optimize Fulfillment Processes and Communication Loops. Continuously refine SOPs, vendor coordination, and internal handoffs to reduce errors and improve visibility across corporate, wholesale, and B2B orders.
- Corporate Order Execution: 98%+ of corporate orders delivered on time, on spec, and with approved proofs, with zero missed sign-off steps.
- Proofing and Branding Accuracy: 100% of branded corporate orders ship with documented proof approval and zero artwork-related reworks.
