What You’ll Do
- Primary interface with the Customer to ensure customer satisfaction of existing CSBG (Spares/Upgrade/Reliant) products is maintained
- Develop Customer specific strategies to solve customer problems and meet revenue goals
- Ensures customers’ expectations of new penetrations are met in order to win market opportunities
- Responsible of determining timing for customer purchase decisions
- Negotiation skills, Closing orders
- Customer relationship building
- Works with CSBG Management and Account Team to develop and execute strategies for business growth
- Reviews installed base, developing opportunities for penetration of service, spares, upgrades and Reliant systems
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Good ability to translate Customer needs into a profitable marketable solution
- Strong influence and communication capability
- Ability to work in a matrix environmentLogical thinking and decision making based on strong analytical skills
- Ability to lead and influence
- Strong understanding of Customers’ needs and opportunities
- Strong influence and communication capability
- MS degree or equivalent experienceMarketing experience preferred
- Strong command of English for business communication
- Good product and Fab. knowledge
