About This Opportunity
Teads is hiring for a Publisher Account Manager based in Taipei, Taiwan, to join our growing publisher team.
You will be responsible for the development of Teads’ technology partnerships with digital publishers across multiple platforms. You will have experience with digital publishers, video ad platforms and/or ad networks, as well as a keen understanding of online advertising and related technologies. A strong proven experience in selling online ad solutions to publishers is crucial for this role, particularly those with online video audiences.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new website and app publishers through tailored pitches and partnership negotiations
- Grow and manage publisher partnerships across Taiwan & Hong Kong
- Own day-to-day account management, performance monitoring, and operational coordination
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners to drive long-term growth
- Partner with the APAC supply team to implement optimization and growth strategies
- Act as a key contributor to regional expansion initiatives and new market opportunities
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Media, preferably in Publisher Development, SSPs, Ad Networks, Publishers, or Ad Platform Sales
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial communication skills
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic, video, supply-side dynamics)
- Existing network of digital publishers and/or app owners is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (for Taiwan/HK publisher communication)
