Responsibilities Of This Position
- Own and manage designated strategic rail key accounts, develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve revenue and project success.
- Lead bid and project strategies to improve win rates and build reference cases for future business growth.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring long-term trust and collaboration.
- Facilitate communication between customers and headquarters’ technical and product teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and translated into solutions.
- Leverage rail expertise and key account experience to shape business and project strategies across APAC countries, enhancing overall competitiveness.
- Act as the connector between APAC and headquarters—channel customer needs and market trends to HQ, and cascade HQ strategies and resources to regional teams.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with system integrators, operators, and strategic partners to create a robust ecosystem and expand market influence.
- Drive new project and application development to grow Moxa’s footprint and market share in the APAC rail segment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years' previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
