Responsibilities
Client Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Lead onboarding, campaign kickoffs, and ongoing strategy discussions
- Develop a deep understanding of client business models, goals and KPIs
- Communicate performance insights clearly and confidently
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization
- Drive client satisfaction, retention and long-term partnerships
- Own project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and execution plans
- Coordinate internal teams across paid media, organic, email, social, etc.
- Ensure campaigns launch on schedule and align with strategic objectives
- Facilitate internal status meetings and maintain team accountability
- Identify risks early and proactively solve problems
- Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with agreed-upon deliverables
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies
- Collaborate with channel specialists to ensure tactical alignment
- Review campaign performance reports for accuracy and insight
- Monitor KPIs and ensure initiatives are driving measurable results
- Recommend adjustments based on performance data and trends
- Maintain organized documentation, briefs and reporting frameworks
- Improve workflows and processes to increase efficiency
- Support resource planning and workload management
- Ensure clarity between client expectations and internal execution
- 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, project management, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience working with performance marketing or lead generation accounts
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, paid social, lead generation, CRO, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience using project management platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing performance data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
