THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven Manager – Brand Solutions to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the key link between Spectal and our clients, ensuring seamless project delivery while fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable campaigns.
  • Conduct regular status updates and review meetings with clients.

Project Execution

  • Coordinate internally with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the quality standards and expectations set.
  • Proactively anticipate and mitigate project risks.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Assist in pitching for new business and preparing client proposals.

Financial Management

  • Manage client budgets, ensuring profitability for all projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing, track financial performance, and provide regular updates on project financials.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4–6 years in client servicing or account management, preferably within experiential marketing or event management.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience working with youth-focused, tech-driven brands and a deep understanding of India's youth culture.
  • Leadership Skills: Confidence in liaising with clients' upper management and the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project planning tools and methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Brownie points: Experience with brand solutions or AI solutions, event planning and execution, or international clients.
