Extension is seeking an HR & Administrative Manager for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions for the Milwaukee office
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, PTO tracking, and benefits administration
- Support AP/AR processes, expense reporting, bill pay, banking, and vendor coordination
- Assist with logistics including shipment coordination, travel arrangements, and conference support
- Maintain employee records, compliance documentation, and internal company files
- Provide administrative support to leadership and collaborate across departments
- Help ensure a professional, organized, and efficient workplace environment
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative, office, or operations management experience
- Strong HR administration and financial support background required
- ADP TotalSource experience highly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, ERP/CRM systems, or NetSuite preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative personality with initiative and problem-solving skills
Salary Information
- $70k – $72k/year
