Extension is seeking an HR & Administrative Manager for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions for the Milwaukee office
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, PTO tracking, and benefits administration
  • Support AP/AR processes, expense reporting, bill pay, banking, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with logistics including shipment coordination, travel arrangements, and conference support
  • Maintain employee records, compliance documentation, and internal company files
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and collaborate across departments
  • Help ensure a professional, organized, and efficient workplace environment


Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative, office, or operations management experience
  • Strong HR administration and financial support background required
  • ADP TotalSource experience highly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, ERP/CRM systems, or NetSuite preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative personality with initiative and problem-solving skills


Salary Information

  • $70k – $72k/year
