⭐ Who We Are

We’re building a new way to deliver healthcare — one that is fast, accessible, and designed for real-world scale. By combining technology, data, and clinical rigor, we’re creating seamless health experiences that put people first.

We’re a growing, profitable company working alongside leading players in the healthcare and life sciences space, and partnering on large-scale initiatives that aim to transform how early detection and population health are approached.

We move quickly, take ownership, and hold a high bar for everything we do. There’s a strong sense of momentum, and plenty of room to shape what comes next.

If you’re excited by building at the intersection of health, data, and operations — and want to have a real impact — you’ll fit right in.

🔎 The role

This is not a process management role. This is the role that makes our company operate, grow, and scale — in Spain, in France, and in the markets ahead.

You'll be the architect of our operational system: designing strategy, owning delivery, filtering user insights into product decisions, and acting as the CEO's primary strategic partner on day-to-day operations and expansion. You'll co-define annual company objectives and be central to the growth wave we're about to ride.

You will manage a team of 6 (Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Associates) and hold full responsibility over the operational P&L.

Core Pillars Of This Role

  • ⚙️ Operational strategy & scalability — design how the company works and how it scales
  • 🌍 International expansion — lead operational rollout in France and beyond
  • 📦 Project & client delivery — ensure excellence across B2G, B2B, and pharma
  • 🧭 Product intelligence — translate user signals into roadmap inputs
  • 📊 P&L ownership — control costs, margins, and efficiency levers

🧭 What You'll Do

  • Design and own our company's operational strategy: workflows, SLAs, team structure, and control metrics aligned to annual company goals.
  • Lead international operational expansion — starting with the national screening programme in France (2025–2026) and the markets that follow.
  • Ensure excellent delivery on all client-facing projects across B2G, B2B, and pharma: from contract signature to quality close.
  • Act as the strategic bridge between operations and product — capturing user and market signals and translating them into concrete inputs for the product and tech roadmap.
  • Own the operational P&L: cost efficiency, per-business-line margins, and ROI of strategic projects.
  • Lead, structure, and develop the team — building a high-performance culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Be the CEO's primary strategic partner on operational decisions and expansion: co-define OKRs, quarterly priorities, and the growth model.
  • Identify and implement automation and process optimisation opportunities, in close collaboration with the CTO and product team.
  • Represent our company in key meetings with partners, strategic suppliers, and public institutions when the situation calls for it.

🎯 What We're Looking For

Language requirements: Spanish and English are required at full professional level. French is necessary— our national contract in France means you will negotiate, coordinate, and build relationships in French from day one.

  • 6–10 years of experience in operations, strategy, or complex project management — in a top-tier consultancy (MBB or equivalent) and/or a high-growth startup or scale-up.
  • Proven experience managing multi-country operations or international expansion projects with multiple stakeholders and different regulatory environments.
  • Ability to read a P&L, identify efficiency levers, and make decisions with real margin impact.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams — not just managing tasks, but building organisational capability.
  • Systems thinker: you love building structures that scale, not firefighting reactively.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and strong prioritisation instincts when everything feels urgent and resources are finite.
  • Genuine passion for health impact — understanding the "why" behind our company is not optional, it's the engine of this role.

💼 What We Offer

  • Real ownership — you won't be executing someone else's decisions, you'll be making them.
  • Direct access to the CEO and a seat at the strategic table from day one.
  • A company with genuine traction: national contract in France, active pharma partnerships, and a growth wave building right now.
  • A high-performance team that holds itself to a high standard and means it.
  • Competitive compensation + equity. If you help build this, you will own a piece of it.
