Account Manager – Key Distribution Partners

Territory: UK & Northern Europe

Our gas detection technologies support safety‑critical applications, including refrigerant leak detection, toxic gas monitoring, combustion safety, and compliance within commercial HVAC environments.


The Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially driven Account Manager to develop, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with major distribution partners across the UK and Northern Europe.

This role is focused on accelerating revenue growth through digital channel optimisation, commercial strategy, and close cross‑functional collaboration—ensuring our product portfolio achieves strong visibility, conversion, and market share within partner platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver revenue, margin, and market share growth across assigned accounts
  • Lead commercial strategy including pricing, promotions, and negotiations
  • Partner with marketing teams to drive demand through campaigns, digital promotions, and distributor platforms
  • Optimise digital performance across product visibility, search ranking, and conversion
  • Expand portfolio presence and drive new product introductions (NPIs)
  • Analyse sales and performance data to identify growth opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with category managers, e‑commerce, and procurement stakeholders


Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience within distribution, industrial, or electronics environments
  • Proven background in key account management or channel sales
  • Experience working with large, multi‑channel distribution partners is highly desirable


Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong commercial acumen with confident negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of distribution economics including margin structures, rebates, and inventory management
  • Experience operating within e‑commerce or digital sales environments
  • Analytical, data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insight into action
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across regions
