• Responsibilities: You will independently manage important projects and programs, particularly in the areas of strategy, organizational development, and profit improvement, thereby contributing directly to the transformation and further development of our company
• Collaboration with the Executive Board: You will work closely with the Executive Board and support it in strategic and operational tasks—both nationally and internationally. You will report directly to the CEO
• Decision-making basis: You will be responsible for preparing well-founded and meaningful documents for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board. Your work will provide a solid basis for strategic and operational decision-making at the highest level of the organization.
• Comprehensive overview: You will experience a multifaceted workday and gain comprehensive insight into the entire company

Your Profile:

• Optimal requirements: You have a degree in business administration or in the STEM field; an MBA is an additional plus
• Practical experience: You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience, e.g., in project work or management consulting, and are used to driving complex issues forward in a goal-oriented manner
• Language skills: You communicate confidently and precisely in German and English; French skills are an additional advantage in an international environment
• Analytical and conceptual strength: You are quick on the uptake, think conceptually, and have a strong understanding of processes and business contexts
• Reliability & resilience: You work in a structured, independent, and results-oriented manner, maintain an overview even under time pressure, and impress with a high degree of flexibility and resilience. Discretion and reliability are a matter of course for you
• Communication skills: You act confidently at all levels and impress with clear, precise, and engaging communication
• Creative drive: You are enthusiastic about future-oriented topics, actively contribute your own ideas, and implement them with commitment
