About the Role

NSD is seeking a relationship-focused Strategic Account Manager to lead and strengthen partnerships with key enterprise clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, driving client retention, renewal readiness, satisfaction, and long-term account growth.


The ideal candidate is consultative, proactive, and highly collaborative, with the ability to build executive-level relationships while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.


This is not a transactional sales role — it is a high-impact client partnership position focused on strategic account stewardship and long-term value creation.


What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for enterprise client accounts
  • Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Conduct Quarterly and Semi-Annual Business Reviews (QBRs/SBRs)
  • Reinforce program value, performance outcomes, and ROI


Account Retention & Growth

  • Drive renewal readiness and long-term client retention strategies
  • Monitor account health, utilization trends, service performance, and client sentiment
  • Identify account risks proactively and coordinate resolution strategies
  • Surface expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales Executives on growth initiatives


Strategic Collaboration

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, Underwriting, and Leadership teams
  • Translate client feedback into actionable business insights and process improvements
  • Support internal alignment to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience


Reporting & Account Intelligence

  • Maintain accurate client records, communications, and strategic insights within Salesforce
  • Develop account summaries, organizational maps, and retention forecasts
  • Provide leadership visibility into client engagement trends and risks


What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, strategic partnerships, or related roles
  • Strong executive presence and relationship management skills
  • Experience managing enterprise or high-value B2B accounts
  • Ability to analyze client trends, business performance, and operational impact
  • Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience within insurance, automotive, roadside assistance, financial services, or program management environments preferred
