Alibaba International -Procurement Manager (Marketing Category)-Madrid

Responsibilities：

1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and develop procurement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of MKT services, including event, creative and production, social media, KOL, celebrity, media purchase etc.

2. In charge of Europe MKT procurement management, including source, contracts negotiation, evaluate, and suppliers selection based on performance, quality, and cost criteria. Be able to provide feasible and flexible procurement strategy based on stakeholder's requests with strong problem-solving skills.

3. Follow established procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.

4. Project management to support stakeholders for each case in order to ensure the delivery and quality control.

5. Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify potential procurement opportunities. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in MKT procurement.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, digital, procurement, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in global MKT procurement or Marketing for at least 5 years.

3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations will be preferred.

4. Well-understood European market or social trends. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed procurement decisions.

5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in multicultural organization.

6. Fluent English communication skills is a must.
