🚨 We’re Hiring: Printroom & Process Manager (ERP Key User) 🚨

📍 Euskirchen, Germany | 🕒 Full-time (40 hours, Mon–Fri)

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Printroom & Process Manager to lead our print operations and drive ERP process excellence.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll oversee daily production, manage and develop high-performing teams, and act as the go-to expert for ERP systems—bridging operations, IT, and external developers.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing Printroom teams to deliver outstanding performance

• Ensuring efficient production, minimal downtime, and high-quality output

• Acting as ERP Key User—training teams and improving system usage

• Driving continuous improvement across processes and performance

• Managing KPIs, budgets, and operational targets

• Championing health, safety, and compliance standards

👤 What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in production or manufacturing environments

• Strong understanding of operational KPIs and process optimisation

• Experience with ERP systems (Key User or Process Expert level)

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

✨ Experience in print production, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.
