Job Summary
Americom Marketing is seeking a Multimedia Content & Social Media Specialist to create, publish, and manage content across multiple client social media accounts while supporting photo, video, and creative production efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly creative, organized, comfortable managing multiple clients, and capable of producing engaging content across today’s leading digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in social media management, content creation, photography, graphic design, short-form video, paid social advertising, and client communication. Pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Create, publish, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and additional social platforms
- Maintain multiple client content calendars and posting schedules
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and platform activity
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, trending audio, and content strategies
- Assist with strategy development and campaign planning
- Track analytics and performance metrics to improve engagement and growth
- Utilize Meta Business Suite for placing and monitoring ads
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms
Content Creation
- Capture and create photo, video, graphic, and written content for clients
- Assist with on-location shoots, interviews, events, and promotional productions
- Film and edit short-form vertical content including reels and TikTok-style videos
- Write captions, ad copy, headlines, and social media content
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Graphic Design & Creative
- Design social media graphics, advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing assets
- Create visual content using Adobe Creative Suite other design software
- Resize and optimize content for multiple platforms and formats
- Collaborate with the creative team on campaigns and branding initiatives
Video Production Support
- Assist with video production including setup, filming, lighting, audio, and production support
- Support commercial shoots, interviews, podcasts, and promotional video projects
- Help organize and maintain production equipment and media files
Qualifications
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms
- Strong understanding of social media strategy and current digital trends
- Photography and videography experience required
- Must be able to assist with video production including setup, filming, lighting, audio, and production support
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Organized, dependable, and deadline-driven
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Portfolio of social media, design, photography, or video work preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a marketing agency environment
- Knowledge of analytics and performance reporting
- Experience editing short-form video content
- Experience creating and managing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok
- Experience with Google Ads is a plus
- Google Ads certifications are a plus
- Basic understanding of digital advertising strategy and audience targeting
- Drone photography/video experience is a plus
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Very limited evenings or weekends for occasional events, shoots, or client needs
