Pacific International is partnering with a leading manufacturer in speciality chemicals, recognized for its commitment to quality, delivery, and innovation in the space. The organization is seeking a Site Director to oversee operations at an integral and complex global facility.
The Site Director will lead a multi-unit / campus location and they are looking for dynamic leader who inspires and motivates teams as well having proven experience leading transformations at complex manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of P&L and the campus location; production, engineering, quality, safety, supply chain, OPEX, maintenance, finance and HR.
- Drive cultural transformation; productivity, accountability, performance-driven
- Experience with chemical manufacturing
- Continuous Improvement and Lean Mindset - experience with driving OPEX initiatives
- Executive team experience; ability to work with and present to senior-level leaders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of manufacturing experience (5+ years in a Plant Leadership position)
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality, and QMS procedures
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
