An exciting opportunity for a full time, permanent HR Admin to join a Healthcare Company based in Rathgar.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive HR Administrator to support our HR function during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality HR support that enhances the employee experience and helps the organisation run smoothly.

You will assist core HR operations, including employee records, onboarding and offboarding, HR reporting, and HR system maintenance. You will also support HR projects, process improvements, and the adoption of digital tools - including the thoughtful use of automation to reduce administrative tasks and provide better insights.

Working closely with our HR Generalist , the HR team, and senior leadership, you will play an important role in supporting organisational culture, and ensuring a positive employee journey at Orwell Healthcare.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Staff On boarding: advertising, shortlisting, arranging and conducting interviews with the relevant department representative.
  • Assisting with recruitment: issue job offer letters, issue Contract of Employments, induction documentation.
  • Pre-employment checks: reference verification, and qualification verification.
  • Setting new staff up on all HR System
  • Issuing employment letters, reference verification letters.
  • Ensuring all employees have the necessary documentation up to date in their files in line with legislation.
  • Assisting in preparation of information for monthly payroll data required from HR and updating relevant HR database.
  • Update the appraisal matrix and advise managers of outstanding appraisals.
  • Taking minutes when required and play a supporting role in employee relations investigations.
  • Processing leavers and updating HR database.
  • General ad hoc to HR Department.
  • Filling, scanning, archiving.
  • Issue Uniforms, name badges and fobs to staff and register them in the Clock Machine.
  • Reporting directly to HR Generalist regarding all HR matters.

Skills and Competencies:

  • HR Certification/ Diploma
  • Excellent administration skills with great attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Excel experience
  • Highly organised and motivated with an ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
  • Ability to work in a small team / busy environment
  • Capable of working on own initiative with a high level of personal organisation and attention to detail
