Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Contractor)

Contract Type: Independent Contractor – 1099
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Development Representative to help fuel ProHance’s US market expansion. This contract role will focus on targeted outbound outreach, lead qualification, and creating sales-ready opportunities for our Account Executives. You will work with a modern sales stack, leverage AI-powered tools, and play a key role in building our pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion ProHance’s Value Proposition: Communicate how ProHance’s workforce analytics and operations enablement platform delivers real‑time, actionable insights into productivity, work patterns, time leakage, and resource utilization
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Research target accounts and prospects, developing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct outreach using cold calls, emails, and social platforms, with messaging tailored to pain points and our unique value.
- Cold Calling with Dialer Tools: Execute cold call campaigns using advanced dialing platforms
- Pipeline Handoff: Efficiently transition qualified opportunities to Account Executives, ensuring clarity and continuity.
- CRM & Tool Usage: Accurately log all interactions in HubSpot and dialing tools.
- Performance & Analytics: Monitor and meet activity and qualification KPIs, using call analytics and performance dashboards to iterate and improve. Track KPIs such as call-to-connect rates, meetings booked, and pipeline created.
Qualifications
- 5 years or more in a sales development role, ideally in B2B, SaaS or technology environments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and utilizing dialer software
- Skilled in CRM usage (HubSpot or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with an ability to personalize outreach.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently as a contractor.
