Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Finance based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Director of Finance will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting and statements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data to support decision-making, developing budgets, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Collaboration with key stakeholders to drive organizational growth and efficiency will also be a core focus of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance-related decision-making
• Experience with preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively
• Proven ability to implement cost management and efficiency initiatives
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus)
• Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices
• Experience working in the healthcare, occupational medicine, or a similar industry is preferred
