They are currently seeking a Regional Technology Lead to lead their technology operations across Continental Europe, with a primary base in Frankfurt. This is a senior leadership role acting as the regional representative of the central Technology leadership team, responsible for ensuring high-quality technology service delivery, driving operational maturity, and building strong relationships with senior business stakeholders across multiple European offices.
This is not a hands-on engineering role. Instead, the focus is on leadership, stakeholder engagement, operational oversight, service improvement, and guiding teams through ongoing organisational and service transformation initiatives, including the evolution of MSP-supported operating models.
The successful candidate will bring the gravitas, communication skills, and operational leadership experience to work effectively within a fast-paced international professional services environment while maintaining a high-touch, relationship-driven approach to service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional technology operations across multiple European offices, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience
- Manage and develop distributed technology teams through ongoing change and operational transformation
- Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders, acting as a trusted regional technology partner
- Support the evolution of MSP and outsourced service models while maintaining a people-focused support culture
- Drive operational improvements, service maturity, and effective communication between regional offices and central Technology leadership
- Provide oversight across regional priorities, escalations, governance, and technology initiatives
Your Background
- Experience leading regional or multi-country technology teams within a professional services or international corporate environment
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams through change
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders including Partners, COOs, and business leadership teams
- Experience working with outsourced or MSP support models and service operations
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to improve processes, manage priorities, and maintain high service standards
- Comfortable operating across multiple countries, cultures, and office environments
- Fluent German will be a plus, but not mandatory
