Accounting Specialist

The ERP Specialist (SYSPRO Accounting) manages, supports, and optimizes the SYSPRO ERP system with a strong focus on accounting and financial modules, ensuring accurate financial data, efficient processes, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support SYSPRO accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Assets).

Align accounting processes with SYSPRO system setup and best practices.

Support month-end and year-end closing using SYSPRO.

Generate financial and management reports from SYSPRO.

Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training for finance users.

Ensure data accuracy, controls, and compliance within the system.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

25 years experience using SYSPRO ERP with strong accounting exposure.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
