🔹 What You'll Do
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage purchasing activities: vendor communication, quotes, purchase orders, and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records in purchasing and accounting systems
- Track invoices, expenses, and supply inventory
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
🔹 What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Calendly or Trello is a plus
