As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll support full-cycle recruiting efforts, partner closely with hiring managers, and help drive hiring success across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future roles
  • Utilize sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Handshake to identify top talent
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and organized process for candidates and internal teams
  • Collect and document interview feedback and assist in candidate evaluations
  • Support the offer process, including preparing offer details and communicating with candidates
  • Conduct reference checks and maintain accurate documentation throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Post and manage job openings across company platforms and job boards
  • Assist in drafting compelling job postings that clearly communicate role expectations
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including referral programs, job fairs, and recruiting events
  • Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a seamless transition for new hires


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 1–3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
