Business Development Officer

We are looking for a Business Development Officer who will lead client acquisition, relationship building, and campaign execution for our media,online advertising & Video Production services.This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and passionate about helping clients grow their businesses.

SALES

Handle inquiries across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Email).

Communicate packages clearly and match clients to the right services.

Follow up warm leads and convert them into bookings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, coordinators, and event planners.

Prepare quotations, contracts, and client proposals.

Maintain and update the sales pipeline and track closing rates.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure client expectations are clear.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident in speaking with clients and explaining service packages.

Organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing follow-ups.

Passionate about media,online advertising & video production.

Willing to learn and adapt quickly.

Ability to work onsite and occasionally attend events when needed.
