Business Unit Head

Position: Business Unit Head (Domestic Freight)

Location: Alabang

Work Set-up: Fully Onsite

Work Schedule: Dayshift

The Business Unit Head (Domestic Freight) is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations, network efficiency, compliance, and commercial strategy of domestic air and freight across the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute business strategies aligned with company growth objectives
• Oversee nationwide freight operations (air and sea), ensuring service quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Own and manage full P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
• Drive process improvements, innovation, and network expansion opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and risk management standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (carriers, ports, agencies)
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in logistics, freight, or transportation
• At least 7–10 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience managing nationwide operations and multi-site teams
• Strong background in P&L management and business strategy
• Experience in Philippine domestic logistics is highly preferred
