- Drive Results: Meet and exceed personal and team targets for new member sales, EFT, and private coaching attachments.
- Coach for Success: Support the GM in training staff to achieve a 50% guest conversion rate and 25% point-of-sale coaching attachment.
- Inspiration: Connect with guests by listening to their fitness goals and presenting UFC GYM as the ultimate solution through transparent, trust-based dialogue.
- Take Ownership: Act as the "Manager on Duty" and primary leader during weekends.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing weekend financial plans, labor targets, and membership strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the Membership Specialist schedule within budget while ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Culture Builder: Foster a fun, safe, and community-focused environment.
- Quality Control: Walk the floor daily to gather member feedback and ensure the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve elevated member concerns on the spot with a coaching mindset to prevent reoccurrence.
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in interviewing and hiring top-tier Membership Specialists.
- Ongoing Training: Lead weekly meetings to offer inspiration, review performance metrics, and train the team on current marketing campaigns.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years of management experience (supervising 3–10 employees) and 1–2 years of sales experience.
- Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and math/analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Internet.
- Physical: Ability to lift 50–120 lbs. and stand for 8–12 hour shifts. Reliable transportation is a must.
