Position: Part-Time Assistant Team Lead

Commitment: 12–20 hours per week, including weekends

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $18 per hour

Your Role

  • Deliver the Best Guest Experience – Ensure every guest leaves feeling Soleil was the highlight of their day.
  • Drive & Exceed Sales – Sell memberships, prevent cancellations, upsell services, recommend products, and coach your team to do the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach Spa Consultants on our 5-step sales method
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist with staff scheduling and provide coverage when needed
  • Support payroll processing as required
  • Enforce company policies and processes to boost service and sales performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Contribute to achieving financial goals through smart scheduling and purchasing
  • Maintain spa cleanliness and equipment upkeep (including re-lamping)
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures with proper staffing
  • Manage inventory, restocking, and supply orders
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Represent the Soleil Tans brand in all guest and employee interactions
  • Attend leadership and company meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales/retail experience
  • Must be available for a minimum of 10 shifts per week, including weekends.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and willing to do what it takes to succeed
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications
