Job Title: Marketplace Coordinator – Kid’s & Core
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid onsite at PHK, Fridays remote)
Duration: Contract (05/11/2026 – 05/11/2027)
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Pay Rate: $30–35 per hour
Job Description
We are seeking a Marketplace Coordinator to support a fast-paced commercial and marketplace operations team focused on seasonal strategy execution, Go-To-Market coordination, and cross-functional alignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys supporting marketplace initiatives that drive business growth and execution.
You will partner closely with marketplace, merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to support seasonal commercial planning, sales tool development, and marketplace-driven initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a highly matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace & Commercial Coordination
- Support the transition from Product Creation to Go-To-Market execution
- Assist with development and coordination of seasonal sales tools and presentations
- Help drive marketplace initiatives and support strategic seasonal moments
- Track deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder commitments across projects
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketplace, merchandising, marketing, and sales teams
- Build strong working relationships across global and Geo stakeholders
- Coordinate communication and alignment across multiple business functions
- Support commercial planning efforts for Geo sales teams
Business & Marketplace Insights
- Leverage marketplace, product, and competitive insights to identify opportunities
- Support assortment and marketing strategy discussions through marketplace feedback
- Assist with tracking business priorities and seasonal growth opportunities
- Help maintain alignment between marketplace strategies and business objectives
Presentation & Reporting Support
- Create and maintain presentations using PowerPoint and Keynote
- Utilize Excel for reporting, tracking, and business support activities
- Organize project documentation, updates, and communication materials
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience in marketplace, sales, merchandising, or commercial operations support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and highly collaborative environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Must-Have Skills
- Sales experience required
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive approach to work
- Strong cross-functional communication and relationship-building abilities
Nice to Have
- Previous experience supporting large retail or consumer product brands
- Understanding of sportswear or athletic brand culture
- Former athlete background preferred
- Previous experience in marketplace or Go-To-Market environments
