ABOUT POSITION
We’re looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer who can confidently work with modern infrastructure, keep systems stable at scale, and contribute to improving our reliability and automation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and making things run smoothly.
AS A PART OF OUR TEAM YOU WILL
- Maintain and scale Kubernetes clusters
- Write and support Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible
- Own and automate CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and FluxCD
- Drive improvements in observability — manage Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Pingdom, and Sentry
- Manage and monitor PostgreSQL and Redis in production
- Handle incidents calmly and systematically, improve alerting quality, and reduce recovery time through clear processes and reliable infrastructure
- Collaborate with backend, product & integrations teams
- 3+ years of hands-on DevOps / SRE / Infra Engineering experience
- Real-world experience with cloud infrastructure — AWS and Cloudflare
- Understanding of Kubernetes and running containers in production
- Proven use of Terraform and/or Ansible to manage infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices — GitLab CI, GitOps, automation pipelines
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Pingdom, Sentry)
- Experience managing PostgreSQL and Redis in live environments
- Fluent written and spoken both English and Russian
- Experience working with DigitalOcean
- Experience operating and optimizing ClickHouse in production environments
- Experience with anti-DDoS, censorship mitigation, or access resilience techniques
