For the internal structures of WL Global Services sp. z o.o. we are looking for Clients Acquisition Specialist.
Your Tasks
- Actively acquire new business clients and support the development of the client portfolio on the assigned market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Handle inbound inquiries – qualify leads, identify client needs, and coordinate next steps.
- Prepare commercial offers and support the sales process, including coordination with recruitment and sales teams.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Support the implementation of services and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work with CRM systems and prepare regular reports on activities and results.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or client acquisition roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Good organizational skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience working with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Very good command of Bulgarian and English.
