Job Description

You’ll own the core stack that keeps this food bank running

Every day you’ll be configuring and optimizing NetSuite records, workflows, roles, and permissions; keeping WMS and NetSuite in real-time sync; and making sure partner agencies can reliably place and track orders through the portal.

Day to day, you’ll design and maintain NetSuite workflows and SuiteScript-based automation for procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory movements, and grant/donor reporting, and manage integrations and data flows between NetSuite, WMS, and third-party tools using APIs, EDI, and payment integration.

You’ll build and tune dashboards and saved searches for finance, operations, and development—covering KPIs like inventory turns, fill rate, order cycle time, and funding utilization—and own user administration, role design, and audit trails to meet Federal compliance requirements, and financial audits.

On the warehouse and logistics side, you’ll administer WMS transactions. You’ll monitor and troubleshoot sync jobs, build WMS and ERP reports on warehouse productivity and distribution metrics, and reduce exceptions and data mismatches that can slow down receiving, picking, or agency fulfillment.

You’ll also own the inter-agency portal: configuring forms, workflows, and access controls; exposing NetSuite/WMS data where appropriate; and creating custom dashboards and self-service tools for ordering, reporting, and communication.

You’ll train internal users and external agency contacts on NetSuite, WMS, build practical SOPs and short how‑to guides, and act as first-line support and escalation point when something in the ERP/WMS/portal ecosystem isn’t working as expected.

We’re Looking For Someone With

  • 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration
  • 6–10+ years in ERP system administration overall
  • Ideal experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution-heavy environments
  • Comfortable estimating effort for configuration/customization work
  • Understanding of core accounting flows and software SDLC,
  • Advanced Excel for analysis
  • Explain complex integration challenges in clear, non-technical language to finance, operations, and agency partners
  • Strong technical written documentation and client focus.
