- Operational Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations and team shift allocation.
- Address and resolve employee queries efficiently.
- Coordinate operational requirements in alignment with plant production plans.
- Ensure seamless administrative support across all facility functions.
- Canteen Operations Management
- Supervise daily canteen operations ensuring food quality, hygiene, and statutory compliance.
- Conduct weekly canteen audits and review vendor performance.
- Coordinate menu planning, food tasting schedules, and Canteen Committee alignment.
- Monitor cost control, food consumption trends, and service standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines.
- Crèche Operations Management
- Ensure smooth functioning of the crèche facility with strict safety and compliance adherence.
- Coordinate staffing, attendance monitoring, and parent communication.
- Maintain statutory documentation and regulatory compliance records.
- Ensure child safety standards and hygiene protocols are maintained.
- Dispensary Management
- Supervise daily dispensary operations and medical support services.
- Coordinate with medical staff for health record maintenance, first-aid readiness, and emergency response preparedness.
- Ensure statutory compliance and audit documentation readiness.
- Monitor availability of essential medicines and medical supplies.
- Plant Operational Support
- Provide administrative support for new plant operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional requirements to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Data & Access Management
- Maintain accurate operational data and documentation.
- Prepare and present Monthly and Quarterly MIS reports.
- Track KPIs related to transport, inventory, canteen, and facility services.
- Issue and manage access cards for new joiners.
- Ensure data integrity and timely reporting to management.
- Transport Management
- Plan and monitor employee transport operations.
- Conduct weekly transport audits and ensure vendor closure of identified gaps.
- Optimize route utilization for cost efficiency.
- Arrange transport and canteen support for Sunday/holiday production plans.
- Monitor transport vendor compliance and service standards.
- Inventory & Facility Coordination
- Manage PPE inventory and ensure new joiner kits are readily available.
- Arrange materials based on forecast and consumption trends.
- Coordinate Canteen Committee food tasting schedules.
- Ensure uninterrupted facility services through effective vendor coordination.
- Support operational planning activities for new plant.
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare, update, and review SOPs and related documentation in the J-Doc system.
- Ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
- Maintain statutory compliance across canteen, crèche, dispensary, and transport functions.
- Participate in Lean initiatives and cost-saving projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
