We are looking for an Amazing: Business Manager

Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)

Type of position: Hybrid model in Oporto. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

• Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, IT, Human Resources;
• Management or similar areas;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar or related area;
• Strong commercial skills and strong orientation to results;
• Good understanding of business issues and customer expectations;
• Good communication skills, autonomy and proactivity;
• Strong sense of responsibility;
• People-oriented mindset;
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership;
• Decisive leader willing to take risks and think creatively;
• Fluent in English and Portuguese mandatory;
• A good KCS profile is someone who likes a good challenge and has a constant desire to sign new contracts;
• Candidates must be in Portugal and willing to go to the office in Oporto 4 times a week.

• Spanish or French language proficiency;
• French speaking.
