About The Job
As a VIP Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with French-speaking VIP players. Your goal is to provide exceptional service, ensure player satisfaction, and drive retention and growth. You will be the point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to increase engagement and loyalty.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Assist VIP Managers of French-speaking VIP players, ensuring top-level customer experience.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with high-value clients.
Provide tailored solutions and personalized service to maximize player engagement.
Act as the go-to contact for VIP players, addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional VIP journey.
Handle any additional tasks as assigned by the Head or Director of Department.
Requirements
Requirements:
Native-level French and excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
Proven experience in the iGaming / Gambling industry (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to understand player needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs.
Confidence in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
