A growing professional services firm in Los Angeles is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership while helping oversee the day to day operations of a collaborative and fast paced office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high touch, environment and enjoys balancing executive support with office operations and team coordination.
This role will support two senior executives while also serving as a key point person for office management, employee experience, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, adaptable, and confident interacting with high level stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for senior executives
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with presentations and reports
• Handle executive correspondence and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Oversee office operations including supplies, pantry inventory, catered lunches, conference room coordination, and vendor management
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Assist with event planning, team building initiatives, and maintaining a positive office culture
• Serve as a liaison with building management, vendors, and external partners
• Help ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally on a daily basis
• Jump into special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in executive support, office management, or administrative operations
• Background within professional services, finance, consulting, or a similarly fast paced environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and pivot quickly when needed
• Polished communication skills and professional presence
• Positive attitude with a no ego, team oriented mentality
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands on
Compensation & Perks
• Competitive base salary around $100K-$110k+ DOE
