Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Partner Manager - Europe located in Moenchengladbach, Germany.


The Partner Manager will focus on building and nurturing strategic partnerships, managing partner accounts, and driving business growth within the European market.


Key responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with SAP partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration, supporting account strategy with analytical insights, and serving as a key point of contact for partners to support their success within the SAP ecosystem.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Partnerships, Strategic Partnerships, and relationship management
  • Proven expertise in Account Management and fostering client satisfaction
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and partners
  • Advanced Analytical Skills for driving data-driven decision-making and identifying growth opportunities
  • Experience in the SAP ecosystem or IT hosting infrastructure space is an advantage
  • Experience with CRM software
  • A degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English (native / C1) and German (B2 / C1) is required
