Leading global investment management firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support HR programs and initiatives, manage full-cycle hiring, and drive operational excellence across the organization. This position is based in New York City with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Associate
- Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and external recruitment partners to manage full-cycle recruitment.
- Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies aligned with hiring needs.
- Create and manage requisitions within Workday and maintain accurate position data.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools.
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
- Draft offer letters and support onboarding and background check processes.
- Build relationships with external agencies and recruiting vendors.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Projects & Operational Support
- Assist with implementation and coordination of internship programs.
- Support reporting, HR projects, and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with integration and operational alignment efforts across teams and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–5 years of HR and/or recruiting experience within financial services, asset management, or investment management preferred.
- Experience with Workday strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and talent sourcing platforms.
- Experience with background check platforms preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
