Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including managing mailings, answering phones, maintaining electronic files, and providing general clerical support. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and comfortable working with basic Excel functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process physical mailings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain and organize electronic filing systems to ensure documents are accurate and easily accessible.
  • Provide backup support for data entry tasks, including basic Excel-related work, when needed.
  • Perform routine scanning, copying, and other general office support duties.


Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
